A Paixão pelo Churrasco

Através da paixão pela gastronomia e pelo churrasco, a marca e o conceito foram criadas por Marcos Ritta, o Barba como é conhecido pelos amigos. Formado com Pitmaster, juiz de competição, já fizemos muitos eventos particulares coorporativos e festivais.

O Barba junto com a equipe La Barba BBQ conquistou prêmios em um dos maiores campeonatos internacionais, o Meatstock, onde acontece todos os anos no Texas, Austrália e Brasil.

Por ser ousado e desafiador, juntou o que há de melhor nas técnicas de defumação americana e o gingado brasileiro de fazer negócio no mercado do american barbecue.
